Whether it’s around the Idalp, at the Alp Trida Sattel, or towards Samnaun in Switzerland: Advanced skiers get to look forward to pure skiing joy.

Carving slopes for advanced skiers

You love gliding down into the valley exclusively on the edges of your freshly-ground and waxed skis? Making full use of the slope while taking indulgent turns? You have a true need for speed? Then start getting excited about the next ski day at the Silvretta Arena because you will – quite literally – leave your mark in the snow.

Tip: The narrower your markings in the snow, the better your carving technique is!

Carving insider’s tip: The descent through the Velill valley

The Pardatschgrat to your left, the Vesulspitze and the Velillspitze to your right. The descent 7 through the Velill valley is a true insider’s tip amongst carving enthusiasts. And in front of you? The Madlein mountain range will take your breath away with its stunning panoramic views.

Beneath the Alp Trida, at 2,263 meters above sea level, you’ll find several other slopes, which – thanks to their width – are perfectly suited for carving.
