Adventures in Galtür, See & Kappl

Aim higher! At Silvapark Galtür guests of all ages can climb and boulder to their heart’s content. There’s even a special children’s boulder park among the park’s six sectors. Little Ballun via ferrata is a fascinating challenge for beginners and adventure-loving kids aged eight and above.

If you prefer hiking to horse-back riding, we recommend the circular hiking trail around Kops reservoir or the panoramic trail in Galtür. You can also combine the latter with a barbecue at Stafali pond.

And what if it’s raining? Bad weather days are best spent at Galtür’s Sports and Culture Centre. Their indoor swimming pool, squash and bowling facilities will brighten up even the rainiest day!

Water lovers can splash about in three different sections the swimming lake, the children’s area and the natural pond. All those who prefer to stay on land can explore the adventure playground. And what about … relaxing? You can do that too, on the spacious sun-bathing lawn!

Action or relaxation? Why not have a bit of both, for instance at Wellnesspark Medrigalm? Explore the reflexology path or enjoy colour therapy amid the splendid nature at 1,800 metres above sea level – including breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains!
