After many meetings, our 3-S Pardatschgrat project was ready for the construction, the necessary administrative procedures incl. environmental procedures have also been processed. Unfortunately, at the last moment one landowner withdrew the original assurance for the utilisation of the land, which is why we were unable to start the construction of the new facilities this summer.
We are still in the opinion that this project would have brought an additional milestone for the development of our company and our region, however we had to accept and acknowledge the sudden and unexpected reaction of the land owner. We are striving to clarify issues which are still open in further discussions and bring about a positive settlement.
Irrespective of this we are already working on a replacement project, about which we will provide information in due course.
