Special Cases of Data Processing

We only collect personal data for the purchase of season ski lift tickets, annual tickets or for discounted lift tickets. The purpose of the data processing is to verify our rate requirements and thus to prevent misuse, which ultimately justifies our predominant, substantiated interest in the data processing.
Likewise to prevent ticket misuse, a photo of the lift ticket owner may be required at the turnstiles to the lifts, which subsequently can be compared to your photo when you pass through appropriately equipped turnstiles in the ski area. The photographs are encrypted and saved, and then deleted upon expiration of the lift ticket. This data processing is based on the consent of the data subject - consequently it is also possible to acquire valid day lift tickets which are not subject to this access control system (but these lift tickets are likewise verified randomly).

Silvrettaseilbahn AG makes available to you the use of the company’s own on-slope rescue service. The personal data collected upon the occasion of an accident are processed for this purpose and also for any enforcement of or defense against legal claims. If you require the rescue services of SchenkAir GmbH, then your personal data will be provided to them.

When participating in a lottery or survey sponsored by us, we will collect your personal data based on your consent.
