This single trail starts directly at the mountain station of the Flimjochbahn and winds its way down to the Idalp in numerous berms and steep bends. The trail is suitable for different riding levels: While beginners can refine their technique, advanced riders have the opportunity to increase their speed. The route includes jumps that can be used or rolled over, depending on your riding ability. Thanks to the open terrain, the Idalp is visible from the start. The trail leads through alpine terrain with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. After arriving at the Idalp, the trail can be combined with the Paznaun Taja Trail or ridden back to the starting point via the signposted connecting route 7090.

A long, physically demanding route along the Austrian-Swiss border. The trail initially runs along a compact gravel road with several steep climbs, some of which have to be pushed. After the Greitspitzbahn, an alpine trail begins, which leads along the Salaaser Kopf at an altitude of over 2,700 metres. The route runs through open terrain before the downhill section begins. The trail continues to the Alp Trider Sattel mountain station, where a short forest road section follows. The Trider Sattel trail then provides a final downhill section to Alp Trida. From here, the Flimsattelbahn takes riders back to the starting point. Alternatively, the tour can be extended with the Duty Free Trail.

The route begins on the Idalp and initially leads through alpine meadows to Höllboden. The first descent is easy to ride before a steep uphill section to the Sassgalunkopf follows. Here the bike has to be pushed a few metres uphill. After the climb, the trail continues along a narrow path into the Fimba Valley. In this section, parts of the trail are equipped with wooden footbridges to cross the terrain. The trail leads to the Paznauner Taja, from where either a forest road or a more technically challenging variant leads down into the valley. The last section is steep and leads into a tarmac road that takes you back to Ischgl.

From the mountain station of the Velill cable car, there are numerous technical challenges. After the Obere Velillalpe, you can choose between a steep trail along the Velillbach stream or the gravel road. Particularly difficult sections can be bypassed.

After the Obere Velillalpe, there are two options: Either follow the steep trail along the Velillbach stream or take the faster gravel road down into the valley. The last few kilometres are on a wide gravel path.

The 590 metre downhill single trail stretches from Alp Trida to Samnaun Laret. The trail starts at a stream and leads through alpine terrain. Right at the start, you can take a break at the neighbouring small See. The descent is steep in places, but technically manageable. The route crosses the forest road several times, so there are various exit options. The route ends in Laret, from where a short ride takes you to Ravaisch. There, the Twinliner double-decker cable car takes riders back to Alp Trider Sattel, where the Trider Sattel Trail starts as a possible extension.

From the Alp Trider Sattel mountain station, an easy downhill section leads downhill to Planer Salaas. The trail then runs uphill to Salaaser Eck and continues through the Ravaischer Salaas, past gypsum holes, to Bergli. From there, a singletrail begins in the direction of Zeblas before the descent on a winding route to Samnaun village. This section is steep in places and requires a careful riding style. In winter, this section is used as the Duty Free Run ski piste (piste 80). The trail is aimed at experienced (e-)mountain bikers who are looking for a varied route with alpine sections.

The route starts in Samnaun Compatsch and first leads to Laret. The ascent then begins to the Tschischanaderet mountain pastures and on to Ché d'Mot, a vantage point with a view over the Samnaun valley. The descent to Ravaisch begins with two challenging bends before the trail turns into an easier forest path. From Samnaun village, the route continues to the Schmuggleralm and via the fairytale trail and the Vitaparcours at Inner Wald to the Kalvarienberg farms. This is followed by a climb to Clis Grond, from where a moderately difficult trail leads back down to Compatsch. Alternatively, you can choose an easier route along the Schergenbach stream.

After a lift station and a mountain pasture, the trail runs across a meadow with several hairpin bends into a gorge. Here the path becomes narrower and an exposed section requires you to push your (e-)mountain bike. Sure-footedness and a head for heights are required. After the gorge, the trail leads over hairpin bends and a steep downhill to the Ché d'Mot viewpoint, from where the view extends into the Samnaun valley. This is followed by a flowing trail that extends to the gondola station. The trail is aimed exclusively at experienced riders.

The tour starts in Samnaun village and initially runs uphill along a forest road to viewpoint 2146. After a further 80 metres in altitude with occasional pushing sections, the trail leads past avalanche barriers and offers panoramic views over the Samnaun valley. From point 2167, a technically demanding descent begins with steep, rooty and winding sections. After point 2036, you take a forest road to Fuorcla Curschiglias, where a bench invites you to take a short break. This is followed by a descent with many hairpin bends through the forest to the valley road in Samnaun-Compatsch. The last section runs along the Schergenbach stream back to Samnaun village. The trail requires technical ability and a good level of fitness.
