The Gourmet Boutique Hotel YSCLA is one of the most traditional hotels in Ischgl and enjoys an excellent reputation, especially among gourmets. The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that regularly receives awards from local testers. Guests appreciate the sophisticated 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of imagination, purist and fully tailored to enjoyment. Since the start of the 2020/21 winter season, Ischgl has been enriched by an innovative gastronomic concept: SPACE 73. The new establishment from "Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 2019" Benjamin Parth is an attractive mix of restaurant, bar, and lounge, combining culinary delights with cool music and an art experience. For the upcoming 2022/23 winter season, we are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef for our 2-Michelin-starred restaurant Space73 (m/f/d).

  • You have successfully completed your vocational training as a cook.
  • You have several years of professional experience
  • You are resilient and reliable
  • You cook with a certain "flavour" and like to add your personal touch to the existing menu.
  • Good German skills are mandatory.
  • Quality awareness, dedication and commitment will contribute to good team performance.
  • Start of service: End of November 2026
  • Season ends: Early May 2027
  • Accommodation will of course be provided
