For the upcoming winter season, we are looking to strengthen our kitchen team with a creative and dedicated pastry chef (m/f/d) for our 4-star superior hotel in the heart of Ischgl. Do you love baking, enjoy working creatively, and want to delight our guests daily with high-quality desserts and pastries? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Independent preparation and presentation of desserts for our half-board guests and evening menus
Preparation of cakes, tarts, strudels, and other pastries for the afternoon snack
Preparation of sweet dishes and components for the breakfast buffet
Creative input into and further development of our dessert offerings
Careful preparation and organization of your own work area
Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
Professional handling of food and raw ingredients
Supporting the kitchen team as needed

Completed training as a chef, pastry chef, or equivalent professional experience in the field of patisserie
Passion for desserts, pastries, and creative presentation
Independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
Attention to quality and detail
Team player and reliable
Knowledge of German is a plus
Knowledge of English is required
Enjoyment of contributing your own ideas and trying new things

Regular working hours
A 6-day workweek with 8-hour shifts
Free accommodation in a single room with private shower and toilet
