Front Office Agent / RezeptionistIn (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Check-in and check-out of our guests
• Receiving and fulfilling guest requests – in person, by phone and in writing
• Processing reservations – in person, by phone and in writing
• Daily written communication and correspondence
• Maintenance of online booking platforms
• Design of morning mail and evening menus
• Managing our social media channels – your creativity is needed here :)
• Creation of daily guest lists for the individual departments

We don't require formal training. Of course, we're happy to hear from people who already have experience in the hotel and restaurant industry – but we're equally thrilled to welcome motivated career changers. Because we're looking for people who love working with guests as much as we do. (P.S. Our guests are simply wonderful!) People who create a special experience for our guests with a smile on their face.

• Our house was built in 1960, and we are now running it in the 3rd generation as a family – with 30 rooms & suites.
• Many of our regular guests have been coming to us for years and have long since become part of the family or true friends.
• Our team consists of many young, dedicated people who are happy to have you with us.
• We place great value on working on an equal footing and a very personal, family-like atmosphere.
• No one is alone here – everyone helps each other.
• Fun shouldn't be missing at work.

• We'll start a few days before the season begins so we can prepare in peace and get you properly trained.
• Flexible arrangements are possible: This position can also be structured as a year-round role – partly from home during the off-season. Just ask us about it.

hard facts:

• Accommodation – you will be provided with a staff room, plus 3 meals a day, free Wi-Fi, TV and minibar. You can also use the spa and fitness room after 8 pm.
• Laundry facilities are available in the house. Load up your laundry, go skiing, unload your laundry – completely relaxed. (For an extra charge)
• Parking space – garage space, so your car is safe in storms and bad weather (for a small additional fee).
• Working hours – Full-time, 6-day week with one fixed day off.
• Compensation €€€ – Those who are hardworking and motivated will receive fair and above-average pay. We would be happy to discuss the details in person.
