Entremetier (m/w/d)

Hotel Brigitte

For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Entremetier (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team at our 4-star superior hotel in the heart of Ischgl. As an Entremetier, you will be responsible for preparing side dishes, vegetable dishes, soups, and other components of our hot cuisine. With your expertise and attention to detail, you will make a significant contribution to the quality of our half-board cuisine and ensure that our guests are treated to culinary delights every day.

Independently managing the Entremetier station
Preparing vegetable, potato, rice, and pasta side dishes
Preparing soups, broths, and vegetarian dishes
Preparing and cooking components for our half-board menus
Assisting with the production of the breakfast buffet and afternoon snack
Careful preparation (mise en place) for daily service
Creative involvement in and further development of the menu offerings in your own area
Professional handling of food and ingredients
Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
Supporting the entire kitchen team as needed

Completed training as a chef or equivalent professional experience
Ideally, experience in the pastry chef position
Independent, organized, and responsible work ethic
Attention to quality and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and resilience
Enjoyment of working with fresh ingredients
Knowledge of German is a plus
Knowledge of English is required
