Stages 3, 4, and 5 of the Transalpine Run take you into Paznaun:
Stage 3 leads from Imst to See, Stage 4 follows parts of the Paznaun High Trail to Ischgl, and Stage 5 takes you from there through the Larein Valley and Fimbatal to Samnaun:
- Stage 3: Imst to See This 48 km stage takes you from Imst to See and includes a challenging 3,110 meters of ascent and 2,850 meters of descent. Along with technically demanding paths, this route also offers breathtaking panoramas.
- Stage 4: See to Ischgl Covering a distance of 40 km with 2,600 meters of ascent and 2,280 meters of descent, this stage leads from See to Ischgl through picturesque landscapes with challenging ascents and descents that test every runner.
- Stage 5: Ischgl to Samnaun The fifth stage is a 35 km long route taking you from Ischgl to Samnaun in Switzerland. With 2,470 meters of ascent and 2,010 meters of descent, it combines spectacular mountain views with physically demanding sections.
