Customer First: Your customers' satisfaction is your top priority. Your expert advice will turn even seasonal customers into regulars.
Consulting: You support our customers in finding the right equipment for their winter sports experience and, with your service-oriented advice, ensure that they feel well taken care of and are happy to come back.
Service: In addition to providing advice, you are responsible for the technical setup of the equipment – you enjoy this variety.
Pitching in: Everyone helps out here – from the store manager to the apprentice: active participation in daily operations and, if needed, support at the cash register.

You are passionate about sports and enjoy advising, sales and customer contact – even as a career changer (e.g. gastronomy)
Ideally, you speak other foreign languages besides German and English.
Team orientation isn't just a word for you – you're a team player through and through.
As a technical all-rounder, your focus is on service, and you are aware of your responsible role.
Sometimes you are your own best customer – you have a weakness for sporting goods and like to try out the latest trends both on and off the ski slopes.
