In this intimate setting, we create culinary highlights at the highest level – personal, creative and with great attention to detail. Together with our Executive Chef and our dedicated kitchen team of 18 passionate chefs, you will actively shape this new concept and deliver unforgettable culinary experiences every day.   • Deputy leadership role: You support our Executive Chef in the overall management of the kitchen and take full operational responsibility in his/her absence.
  • Leadership & coordination: You coordinate the activities of the different kitchen sections, guide team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Team development: You actively train, support and motivate your colleagues and enjoy helping others grow professionally.
  • High-level culinary work: You prepare high-quality dishes with precision, creativity and passion, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Creative collaboration: Together with the Executive Chef, you develop new dishes, refine existing recipes and create seasonal menus – especially for our new Chef’s Table.
  • Quality focus: You ensure that all quality standards in food preparation, storage and presentation are consistently met.
  • Organisation & control: You monitor team performance and productivity, manage stock levels and support ordering and cost-efficient planning.
  • Hygiene & standards: Full compliance with HACCP standards and structured kitchen processes is a given for you.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with all kitchen sections to ensure an efficient and harmonious service.
  • Professional training: You have completed a culinary apprenticeship or professional chef training.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy are an advantage – ideally already in a Sous Chef position.
  • Language skills: Good German and English skills are required.
  • Leadership skills: You enjoy leading people, motivating your team and actively supporting their development.
  • Passion for gastronomy: High-quality products, excellent taste and beautiful presentation are part of your daily mindset.
  • Creativity: You bring in your own ideas and actively contribute to the further development of our cuisine.
  • Organisational talent: You stay calm and structured even in high-pressure situations.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a team and support your colleagues across all sections.
  • Quality awareness: Precision, cleanliness and responsibility define your working style.
  • Willingness to learn: You are motivated to continuously develop yourself both professionally and personally.
