Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of cold dishes and appetizers.
Creative design of salads, dressings, sauces and other cold dishes.
Ensuring an attractive and hygienic presentation of the food.
Ensuring a smooth workflow at your post in the kitchen.
Support of the kitchen team in menu design and implementation of seasonal menus.
Compliance with strict hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
