Receptionist (m/w/d)

• Reception and support of our international guests
• Check-in and check-out with control, collection and closing of guest invoices
• Cash desk management
• Telephone exchange
• Maintenance of the guest file as well as handling of guest correspondence    
• Processing of the menus for our restaurants
• Preparation of the weekly program and the morning mail
• Recording and booking of additional services
• Safe and independent execution of all administrative reception tasks

• Professional experience at the reception desk
• Very good IT skills, ideally experience with Protel and TAC   
• Structured, organized and independent way of working
• Sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Language skills, openness, pleasure in dealing with people
