For our Hotel Alpina**** in the heart of Ischgl, we are looking for a dedicated Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Together with our young and motivated team, we create unforgettable experiences for our guests through genuine hospitality, warmth, and excellent service. If you enjoy working with people and are looking for an exciting winter in the Alps, we'd love to hear from you!

Welcome and assist our national and international guests with professionalism and warmth
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Provide guests with information and assistance throughout their stay
Manage telephone calls and email correspondence
Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform general administrative tasks at the front desk
Maintain our high quality and service standards

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working with people.
You are organized, reliable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Very good German and good English skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
You are friendly, communicative, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Previous experience at a hotel front desk or a tourism qualification is an advantage.
