Welcoming and looking after our international guests
Check-in and check-out with control, collection and completion of guest bills
cash management
telephone exchange
Maintaining guest files and handling guest correspondence
Editing the menus for our restaurants
Creation of the weekly program and the morning post
Recording and booking of additional services
Safe and independent implementation of all administrative reception tasks

Work experience at the reception
Very good computer skills, ideally experience with Protel and TAC
Structured, organized and independent way of working
sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Language skills, openness, enjoy dealing with people
