Preparation of pizzas according to in-house recipes and quality standards

Preparation and handling of fresh ingredients (dough, sauces, toppings)

Ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow during service

Monitoring baking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal product quality

Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines

Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation, including regular cleaning duties

Receiving and inspecting goods as well as proper storage of food items

Communication within the kitchen team and close cooperation with service staff

Professional experience as a pizza chef or in a similar position

Confident handling of dough, fresh ingredients and pizza ovens (wood-fired, stone, or electric)

High standards of quality and strong attention to detail

Teamwork skills and good communication within the kitchen environment

Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours

Independent, well-organized, and clean working style

Knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility

Willingness to work weekends and evenings according to the duty roster

Motivation and passion for cooking, especially Italian cuisine
