Independent organization and management of the pastry chef position
Development and implementation of innovative dessert concepts
Careful preparation and elegant presentation of exclusive dishes
Support in the induction and training of demi-chefs, interns and apprentices
Close collaboration with the sous chef and the head chef
Organization and ensuring smooth operations in the patisserie while maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards

Completed vocational training as a cook/confectioner/pastry chef
Creativity and interest in food trends
