  • Social Media Rockstar: You manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook & Co.), plan content, create stories, reels and posts, and bring fresh ideas.
  • Website & Content: You maintain and further develop our homepage and ensure that content is up-to-date, inspiring and search engine friendly.
  • Offers & Packages: Together with our team, you will develop attractive holiday packages and prepare them for websites and booking platforms.
  • Crew life: You manage our crew Instagram account, organize staff events and show what makes working at the Salnerhof special - check out our crew account (instagram: sh.inside98)
  • Creativity meets design: You design newsletters, printed materials, advertising materials and blog posts, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Photo & Video: You produce and edit photos and videos for social media, website and advertising campaigns.
  • Events & Projects: You will provide support for photoshoots, events, collaborations and trade fairs – from planning to implementation.
  • Connecting people and ideas: As an interface, you work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers.
  • Solid expertise: You have completed training in the field of marketing, communication, tourism or media – or bring many years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Marketing experience: Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in marketing, preferably in the hotel or tourism sector.
  • Creative mind: You have a good feel for language, design and visual language and enjoy developing new ideas that authentically convey our brand to the outside world.
  • Digital Native: Social media, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar graphic and video tools are part of your daily work routine. Ideally, you also have experience working with CMS systems.
  • Organizational talent: Whether it's content planning, website maintenance, flat rates or crew events – you work in a structured, independent manner and keep track of multiple projects.
  • Hands-on mentality: Photoshoots, events or spontaneous marketing campaigns? You like to pitch in and support your team wherever you are needed.
  • Team player: You enjoy working with others, actively contribute, and your positive attitude fosters a strong team spirit.
  • Communication professional: You are distinguished by your excellent German skills, both spoken and written, as well as your enjoyment of writing and creative brand communication.
  • Open to new things: You are curious, follow digital trends, like to develop yourself further and bring fresh ideas to our marketing.
  • Passion for the Salnerhof: You identify with our philosophy, love hospitality and want to authentically present the Salnerhof and our crew to the outside world together with us.
