Housekeeper (m/w/d)

• Responsibility for impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel

• Structure, organization, management and leadership of the housekeeping team and monitoring the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public areas

• Floor management

• Checking the rooms - close contact with reception and building services

• Management of cleaning materials and equipment and monitoring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Overview and control of cleanliness in the staff house

• Coordination and roster management

• Inventory, control & distribution of employee uniforms

• Reordering and checking cleaning products

• Professional experience in this or a similar position

• Experience in leading a team

• Well-groomed and confident demeanor when dealing with our employees & guests

• Entrepreneurial thinking

• Work enthusiasm and resilience

• High quality awareness

• Eye for detail

• Very good command of the German language (other foreign languages ​​are an advantage)
