HOUSEHOLD CLEANER (only as a couple together with the washer!)

Housekeeping (room service/room cleaning/laundry): Small family business seeks a reliable person for independent and self-reliant cleaning of 8 guest rooms, general cleaning work in the house and laundry.

Reliable and independent work in the following areas :
Room cleaning (stay over and check out)
Bathroom cleaning (stay over and check out)
Cleaning and keeping clean the public areas of the business (toilets, stairwell, elevator, windows, doors, ski room, etc.)
Laundry (working in the laundry room is an essential part of their duties)
NO sauna cleaning!
Quality control (identifying technical problems in the work areas and reporting them to the maintenance team or reception)

Reliability, as well as independent and responsible work ethic
Experience as a chambermaid/cleaner and in the laundry room
Enjoyment of order and cleanliness
German language skills or at least good English language skills with the ability to hold a normal conversation in order to understand work instructions.
Readiness and willingness to accept and implement the instructions of management.
Consistent quality of work throughout the entire winter season
Discretion and privacy, respectful handling of guests' personal belongings
Careful and respectful handling of the provided work materials, cleaning agents and equipment.
Careful and respectful handling of furniture and linens
Logical, forward-thinking and efficient working methods

Working alone in the housekeeping area - no potential for conflict with fellow chambermaids
8 guest rooms all on one floor
Elevator in the building - so no need to lug laundry baskets etc.
Modern work equipment and practical aids (for example, transport trolleys on wheels, automatic detergent dispenser, large ironing machine, ...)
Free room and board with Wi-Fi and TV (directly in Ischgl - 5 minutes from the house)
6-day week (48 hours) with a regular day off
Social benefits (Christmas and holiday pay pro rata)
Salary by agreement
