The Gourmet Boutique Hotel YSCLA is one of the most traditional hotels in Ischgl and enjoys an excellent reputation, especially among gourmets. The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here, Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that is regularly recognized by local testers. Guests appreciate the refined 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of fantasy, puristic and fully geared towards enjoyment. A season in tourism can be long, so good cohesion and mutual support in the team is all the more important to us.

We are immediately seeking a Hotel and Catering Assistant for a permanent position at our gourmet boutique hotel YSCLA****s. Our restaurant is the most highly decorated in Tyrol, a fact regularly confirmed by top ratings from international critics.

You have professional experience and know your way around the catering industry. English and very good knowledge of German are required. Quality awareness, commitment and commitment will contribute to good team performance.

Start of service: from November or immediately
End of season: early May

In the course of the winter season we can - if both parties have good experiences - talk about an extension into the summer season (beginning of July to mid-September).
