• System Know-How: Confident handling of tools such as Elite Hotel Software, Canva, Mohlzait, and Gastfreund (previous experience is an advantage).
• Multitasking Pro: From phone calls and emails to individual guest requests – you keep everything running smoothly.
• Team Player: You proactively support your colleagues wherever help is needed.
• Keep it organized: Room allocations, reservations, and internal processes are always well-structured and accurately documented in your hands.

• Organizational Talent: You always keep an eye on reservations, room allocations, and daily operations, including menus, weekly programs, and excursion recommendations.
• Communication Pro: Phone calls, emails, and individual guest requests – you handle it all with confidence, even during busy times.
• System Confidence: You are familiar with Elite Hotel Software and other digital tools and reservation systems (experience with Elite, Canva, or similar programs is an advantage).
• Team Player: You enjoy working with people and actively support your colleagues wherever needed. Collaboration and team spirit come naturally to you.
• Structure & Overview: You ensure smooth processes and maintain clear, reliable documentation.
