Facility Manager (m/f/d)

• Technical maintenance: You are responsible for the inspection, maintenance and servicing of our buildings as well as our heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems.
• Everything running smoothly: You oversee our wellness and pool facilities and ensure that all technical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Hands-on repairs: You independently carry out repairs, maintenance work and general handyman tasks throughout the hotel.
• Problem solver: You quickly identify technical issues and find practical solutions to keep hotel operations running without interruption.
• Working with professionals: You coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers during maintenance and repair projects.
• Support renovations: You assist with renovations, improvements and ongoing optimization projects throughout the property.
• Outdoor maintenance: You help maintain our gardens, terraces and outdoor areas, ensuring the hotel always presents itself at its best.
• Guest service: You assist our guests with luggage service, parking their vehicles and ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience.
• Support across departments: On busy terrace days or during peak operations, you're happy to lend a hand wherever needed—including supporting the front office team with operational tasks.
• Teamwork: You work closely with Reception, Housekeeping, the Kitchen and all other departments and are a reliable contact for technical matters throughout the hotel.

• Technical skills: You have strong technical knowledge, enjoy practical work and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience as a Facility Manager, Maintenance Technician or Caretaker. Experience in hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
• Independent working style: You are reliable, well organized and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a clear overview.
• Quality & safety awareness: You work carefully and responsibly with tools, machinery and technical equipment.
• Flexibility: You're willing to support the hotel whenever needed, including occasional work outside regular hours.
• Team player: You enjoy working with different departments and are always willing to help where support is needed.
• Driving licence: A valid Category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Language skills: Basic German and English skills are beneficial to ensure smooth communication with the team.
