Responsibilities: Hotel restaurant & à la carte restaurants
Daily beverage intake
Drink orders
Calculation of beverage prices
Warehouse work
Close cooperation with suppliers
Cooperation with the chief sommelier - wine sales discussion
Close cooperation with the chef and the restaurant manager
Implementation and coordination of inventories and monthly accounts
Cost management

Professional experience in F&B management
Structured, organized and independent work style
