Preparation and cooking of soups, as well as plating of side dishes
Preparation and execution of all work in the respective production area by arrangement (we cook 4 different menus daily)
gluten-free cuisine
Preparation of egg dishes (twice a week)
Quality assurance and control
Maintenance of the cold storage facility and the goods
Concerns regarding cleanliness and overview (compliance with HACCP guidelines)

completed vocational training in the catering industry
good German or English skills

OUR 4-STAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL GOLDENER ADLER IS A FAMILY BUSINESS IN THE CENTER OF ISCHGL The Kurz family has been hosts with body and soul for 5 generations and pursues their passion every day. The Boutique Hotel Goldener Adler has 37 rooms, three dining rooms, a cozy hotel bar with winter garden lounge, the Golden Sky terrace and the exclusive Golden SPA and can accommodate up to 70 house guests. True to our motto "let go, be human and feel at home", we focus on people. Our employees have the opportunity to get involved in our two-season operation from the end of November to the beginning of May and from mid-June to mid-September. It is important to us that we inspire our employees again and again with our actions and that we pursue our goal together with them with great joy and commitment.
