Completed training as a cook and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
Experience in a similar position as sous chef or in a managerial position.
Passion for high-quality food and creativity in food preparation.
Knowledge of current food trends and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in hectic situations.
Team player with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication skills in German and/or English.
