  • Support the kitchen team: You assist our kitchen brigade in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our à la carte restaurant, gourmet half-board menus and our new Chef's Table.
  • Mise en place: You prepare your workstation carefully and ensure everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.
  • Work with premium ingredients: You help prepare, process and store fresh, high-quality products according to professional standards.
  • Quality & hygiene: You consistently follow HACCP regulations and maintain our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with all kitchen sections and support your colleagues wherever help is needed.
  • Learn & develop: You take every opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and continuously improve your culinary skills.
  • Professional training: You have completed a culinary apprenticeship or already gained first practical experience in a similar position.
  • Passion for gastronomy: You enjoy working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are eager to develop your culinary skills.
  • Basic culinary knowledge: You have a solid understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques.
  • Motivation to learn: You are eager to grow both professionally and personally and are always open to learning new things.
  • Team player: You enjoy working as part of a team and support your colleagues with enthusiasm.
  • Working style: You are organized, reliable and work with attention to detail.
  • Resilient: You stay calm, focused and efficient, even during busy service periods.
  • Quality-oriented: High standards, precision and responsibility are part of your daily work.
  • Language skills: Good german and english skills are an advantage.
