a la carte (PEAK Restaurant) and breakfast service
Coordination of the service process with the restaurant and the kitchen
Carrying out the "mise en place"
Ensuring good communication in service & in the other departments

You love to be a host, you are communicative, open-minded and courteous
Knowledge of German required
Knowledge of English is an advantage
