The Gourmet Boutique Hotel YSCLA is one of the most traditional hotels in Ischgl and enjoys an excellent reputation, especially among gourmets. The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here, Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that is regularly recognized by local testers. Guests appreciate the refined 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of fantasy, puristic and fully geared towards enjoyment. We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for our Hotel YSCLA
You should be flexible and available for deployment, as you will also have to cover for other colleagues.
Our restaurant in the heart of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl is one of the top establishments in Tyrol, a fact regularly confirmed by top ratings from local testers.
The service in our gourmet restaurant STÜVA is highly valued by our international guests and is characterized by its professionalism and expertise, combined with a certain relaxed and charming atmosphere.
Therefore, we would like to fill this position with a person who impresses with their expertise and at the same time convinces with teamwork skills, a willingness to make a high level of commitment and "that certain something".

Good knowledge of German and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.

Season ends: Early September 2026
If both sides have had positive experiences during the summer season, we can discuss extending the agreement into the winter season (end of November to beginning of May).
