Our kitchen team of 18 passionate chefs creates unforgettable culinary experiences every day.   • Own your section: You are responsible for managing your assigned kitchen station and ensuring a smooth service.
  • Create exceptional dishes: You prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision, creativity and attention to detail.
  • Develop new ideas: Together with our Executive Chef, you contribute to menu development and help shape new culinary concepts—including our brand-new Chef's Table.
  • Quality first: You ensure the proper storage, preparation and handling of premium ingredients.
  • Hygiene & organization: You maintain the highest HACCP hygiene standards and keep your workstation clean, organized and efficient at all times.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with your colleagues and support the team whenever needed.
  • Keep growing: You are eager to learn new techniques, expand your culinary knowledge and continuously improve your skills.
  • Professional training: You have successfully completed your culinary apprenticeship or professional chef training.
  • Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in upscale restaurants or luxury hotels.
  • Passion for gastronomy: You love working with premium ingredients and have a strong eye for flavour, quality and presentation.
  • Creativity: You enjoy contributing new ideas and continuously developing your culinary skills.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a professional kitchen and support your colleagues with a positive attitude.
  • Resilient: You remain calm, focused and organized, even during busy service periods.
  • Quality-conscious: Precision, cleanliness and responsibility are part of your daily work.
