The Gourmet Boutique Hotel YSCLA is one of the most traditional hotels in Ischgl and enjoys an excellent reputation, especially among gourmets. The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here, Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that is regularly recognized by local testers. Guests appreciate the refined 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of fantasy, puristic and fully geared towards enjoyment. From the beginning of July, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our gourmet restaurant STÜVA in the Hotel YSCLA ****s in the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl.
Our restaurant is among the top establishments in Austria, which is regularly confirmed by top ratings from local testers.

You have successfully completed vocational training in the upscale hotel/restaurant industry.
You have several years of professional experience and are familiar with Michelin-starred restaurants.
Good German skills are mandatory.
Quality awareness, dedication and commitment will contribute to good team performance.
Start of service: Beginning of July 2026
Season: until the beginning of September 2026
If the summer season proves successful on both sides, we can discuss extending the agreement into the winter season of 2026/27 (end of November to beginning of May).

Lodging will of course be provided.
