Independent management of a kitchen station (e.g. Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier or Pâtisserie)
Preparation and presentation of the food
Mise en place for daily kitchen operations
Ensuring quality and cleanliness
Compliance with HACCP and hygiene guidelines
Control and proper storage of goods
Economical handling of food

completed vocational training as a cook
Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a comparable position
Teamwork skills and enjoyment of work
independent and structured work style
Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
well-groomed appearance
Motivation and good mood
Active collaboration with the entire kitchen team
very good German or English skills
