- Responsibility for the assigned items in the kitchen
- Support of the chef or sous chef
- Coordination & organization of kitchen work
- Ordering food
- Control of the quality of the food
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience as a chef de partie
- Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage
