The Hotel Piz Buin ****S is a renowned hotel in the heart of Ischgl. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced breakfast chef (m/f/d) to enrich our culinary team and help to offer our guests a first-class start to the day.

Preparation and presentation of a varied breakfast menu, taking into account guest wishes, nutritional needs and quality standards in our show kitchen at the breakfast buffet
Preparation of fresh ingredients, baked goods, cold cuts, egg dishes, fruit and drinks, etc
Ensuring hygienic working practices and compliance with food safety guidelines
Working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high quality of service

Experience in preparing breakfast dishes and handling breakfast buffets
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene guidelines
Creativity and passion for culinary creations
Team player with excellent communication skills
Resilience and flexibility, especially in the early morning hours
Knowledge of German and English is essential.
