Host. Leader. Bar professional. For our hotel bar, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines sophisticated service, professional team leadership, and genuine hospitality qualities.

Operational and organizational management of the hotel bar
Leadership, motivation and development of the bar team
Ensuring professional and warm guest service at a luxury hotel level
Active host role and personal care for our international guests
Planning and coordination of daily operations as well as service and deployment planning
Training of employees regarding service quality, product knowledge and sales
Ensuring consistently high quality standards
Responsibility for ordering goods, warehousing, inventory counts and goods inspection

Several years of professional experience in upscale hotels or restaurants
Solid management experience in the bar or food and beverage sector
A strong hospitality mentality and enjoyment of personal guest contact
Confident and professional demeanor
Excellent knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, champagne, wines and high-quality beverages
Organizational talent and a structured, responsible work style
Ability to inspire and develop a team and to lead them safely even in challenging situations.
High quality awareness and attention to detail
Very good German and English skills
Economic thinking and entrepreneurial responsibility
