The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here, Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that is regularly recognized by local testers.   • Since the start of the 2019/20 winter season, Ischgl has gained an innovative gastronomic concept with SPACE 73.
  • The new restaurant by “Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 2019” Benjamin Parth is an attractive mix of restaurant, bar and lounge, combining culinary delights with cool sound and art experiences.
  • We are looking for a bartender (m/f/d) for our SPACE 73 trendy bar in the center of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis Ischgl, starting immediately.
  • Our former American Bar at the Hotel YSCLA was completely renovated and reopened with a fresh concept and under a new name at the beginning of the 2019/20 winter season, and was awarded 2 toques by Gault&Millau after only a short time.
  • Therefore, we would like to fill this position with a person who impresses with their expertise and at the same time convinces with teamwork skills, a willingness to make a high level of commitment and "that certain something".
  • You have successfully completed vocational training as a bartender in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry.
  • You have several years of professional experience and are familiar with Michelin-starred restaurants.
  • You have at least one year of management experience in the relevant field.
  • Good German skills are mandatory.
  • Quality awareness, dedication, and commitment will contribute to good team leadership.
  • We require sound specialist knowledge in beverage science.
  • Ideally, you have completed further training in the bar or service sector and have actively dealt with the topic of employee management.
  • Start of service: end of November 2026
  • Season ends: Early May 2027
  • If both sides have had positive experiences during the winter season, we can discuss extending the agreement into the summer season (early July to mid-September).
