All-rounder for reception and service

We are looking for a versatile receptionist and service staff member for a seasonal or year-round position starting in October/November. at reception:
warm and professional service for our guests
Processing incoming holiday inquiries and reservations via email and telephone
Maintenance and management of guest data
Write daily menus and translate them into English.
various administrative tasks
close cooperation with all other departments

in the restaurant:
Food and beverage service
warm and welcoming guest service
Mise en place and follow-up work
Ensuring order and cleanliness

Professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry or completed apprenticeship in hospitality management.
Languages: German & English (spoken and written)
professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
Enjoyment of interacting with international guests
