grenzenlos.kulinarisch

12 April 2026

In the midst of the impressive mountain landscape between Ischgl and Samnaun, grenzenlos.kulinarisch combines exceptional cuisine, art and music at 2,752 metres above sea level to create an exclusive culinary experience. Renowned top chefs from Austria and Switzerland present their creations at individual food stands. Guests are free to move around the location, sample whatever takes their fancy and pick up freshly prepared dishes and drinks at the stands and snow bars.

The ticket price of €40 (children €20) includes several culinary courses and a high-quality selection of drinks – from exquisite non-alcoholic beverages to champagne. The event stands for enjoyment at the highest level in an open, relaxed atmosphere and also serves a charitable purpose: all chefs are volunteering their services, and all proceeds will go to a good cause.

Renowned Tyrolean artist Hannah Philomena Scheiber will be creating a work of art live on site. The evening will be accompanied musically by Isonilstrings – DJ and violinist – who will provide an atmospheric soundscape with his unique combination of electronic music and virtuoso violin playing.

Hearts on the Menu

for RollOn Austria

At the heart of grenzenlos.kulinarisch lies a refined interplay of exceptional culinary experiences and a deep sense of social responsibility. The event is dedicated to those who need support the most: all proceeds are donated to RollOn Austria, an initiative committed to advocating for people with physical and multiple disabilities, always placing dignity and quality of life at the forefront.

This ethos continues in the exclusive experience of the “Alpine Border Table”. Set at an elegantly laid table directly on the national border, gastronomy and personal encounter merge into a truly distinctive experience – including the presence of special guest Stefan Koubek. The culinary signature is shaped by renowned award-winning chefs such as Benjamin Parth and Martin Sieberer, who bring their creativity and precision to the highest level of cuisine.
