The Almstüberl's sun terrace at over 2,000 m above sea level entices with a dreamlike panorama and the motto: "Food strengthens the body, enjoyment caresses the soul." The love of detail and the connection to the region and the people are reflected in the meal and drinks.

Martin Sieberer illuminates the tradition of Tyrolean cuisine with the skills of a world chef. Those who dine at Trofana Royal in his two restaurants Paznaunerstube and Heimatbühne, however, are served more than "just" good food: namely a perfectly staged culinary evening with dishes that sometimes resemble paintings.
