The 12th edition of the gastro challenge on the ski slope - presented by Champagne Laurent-Perrier and Ischgl

In April, chefs, waiters and co. compete for the world championship title - on skis. A good atmosphere and many exciting surprises are guaranteed at the Ski World Cup of Gastronomy. 

On the compulsory programme of the world champion contenders: giant slalom. And as fast as possible. On two competition days, the participants in the categories "hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs, hotel employees, hotel management students and guests" as well as "sommeliers, bartenders, waiters, vintners and suppliers" will compete against each other in two runs in the giant slalom. The conclusion and highlight of the sporting competition is the winners' party.

Professional coaching for world championship aspirants: Those who want to have a professional by their side for their future world championship gold: On both competition days, former racers from the World Cup scene will be on hand to provide participants with professional tips and coaching.
