If a cancellation is made seven days before arrival or if a guest fails to arrive, the resulting costs will NOT be covered by the Paznaun-Ischgl Tourist Board and will be invoiced accordingly. If a firm confirmation is not yet possible, it is recommended that room enquiries be sent to b2b@paznaun-ischgl.com as close to the concert date as possible – for example, 1–2 days before the concert.
