Cable car museum

PLEASE NOTE: THE CABLE CAR MUSEUM IS CLOSED IN SUMMER 2026 DUE TO CONSTRUCTION WORK.

The cable car museum of the Silvrettaseilbahn AG cable car company is located directly next to the entrance of the town’s tunnel, at the centre of Ischgl. History needs a fresh coat of paint once in a while, too. That’s why the small but mighty museum was completely renovated and refurnished in 2009.

Since then, it opens its doors to holiday guests and locals – and takes them on a journey back in time.
