Spa Manager (m/w/d) Therme, Saune & Bad

✅ Head of the Bath, Sauna & Spa area

✅ Instruction, training and onboarding of employees

✅Active participation in the further development of our sauna, bathing and wellness offerings

✅ Creation and maintenance of duty rosters

✅ Organization, execution and monitoring of audit and maintenance work

✅Ensuring smooth and safe operations in all areas of responsibility

✅ Ordering and managing operating resources

✅ Implementation and monitoring of safety, hygiene and quality standards

✅ Working in shifts , including guest service, supervision and performing sauna infusions

✅Completed further education or training with relevant professional experience

✅ Experience in employee management and team coordination

✅Excellent communication skills , coupled with empathy and assertiveness

✅Independent, conscientious work ethic with a high sense of responsibility

✅High team and service orientation

✅Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

✅Additional qualifications such as lifeguard, sauna master and/or first aider are an advantage

✅ Several years of professional experience, ideally in a management position

✅ Very good German skills , additional language skills are desirable
