Early shift: approx. 9:00–11:00 a.m. Assisting the dishwasher with putting away daily deliveries; cleaning the restaurant floor by vacuuming and mopping; transporting bottle holders to the restaurant with the trolley; helping with snow removal if necessary.
Evening shift: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM. Working in the restaurant as back-office support. This mainly involves monitoring the dumbwaiter (food is prepared in the kitchen on the first floor and transported to the restaurant via the dumbwaiter). Tasks include opening the dumbwaiter, removing food items, putting away dirty dishes and sending them upstairs; communicating with the kitchen in English; washing and putting away glasses; cleaning the lava stones and organizing their reheating; disposing of trash at the end of the evening; taking dirty tablecloths downstairs, putting them in the washing machine, and starting it; and various other small tasks within the work area that are part of the daily routine.
This is a 48-hour week over 6 working days. 1 day off per week.
