A closing ceremony that not only gave everyone goosebumps but also provided a fitting finale to a successful winter season in Ischgl.

A fitting, emotional and impressive finale to the winter season: at this year’s “Top of the Mountain Closing Concert” on 2 May, global superstar Christina Aguilera transformed the Idalp in Ischgl into a stage of the highest calibre. Against the imposing backdrop of the Silvretta Arena, 19,000 concert-goers were treated to a musical highlight that fits seamlessly into the line-up of legendary “Top of the Mountain Concerts” in Ischgl.

A concert that makes history

With an energetic performance and her unmistakable voice, Christina Aguilera captivated the audience from the very first moment. Backed by an ensemble of dancers, impressive choreography and several spectacular costume changes, the show evolved into a truly impressive experience, both visually and musically. From the very first notes, it was clear that this closing concert was more than just the end of the season – it was an emotional highlight that impressively showcased the special connection between music, the mountains and an international atmosphere.

The set list offered a cross-section of Aguilera’s impressive career: from classics such as “Genie in a Bottle”, “Fighter” and “Beautiful” to modern hits and powerful ballads, it spanned a musical spectrum that bridges generations. By the time “Dirrty” came round, the Idalp had been transformed into a sea of emotion – a spine-tingling moment at over 2,300 metres.
