New Year's Concert 2027 in Ischgl: Waltz Meets Soul

Start the new year with music! At the 2027 New Year's Concert in the Silvretta Therme Ischgl, the Tyrolean chamber orchestra InnStrumenti performs under the direction of Gerhard Sammer. The program ranges from blissful Viennese waltzes and classics of the concert repertoire to soul and pop hits in a fresh orchestral guise.

ADMISSION: VOLUNTARY DONATIONS

What to expect:

• Classical music and waltzes: The evening opens with the sparkling overture to Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari's Il segreto di Susanna. It continues with Beethoven's The Creatures of Prometheus, Brahms's Hungarian Dance No. 7, and Amy Beach's Bal Masqué. And of course, the Strauss classics are not to be missed, from the polka Either-Or (Entweder-Oder) to the waltz On the Beautiful Blue Danube.
• Vocals with Chanda Rule: Together with the orchestra, the singer brings world hits such as Lovely Day, Wade in the Water, and Here Comes the Sun to the stage, arranged by pianist Christian Wegscheider.
• Charming hosting: Martin Papst guides you through the evening with wit and charm.
• Surprises: Look forward to a riddle about the year 2027 and to one or two program items we're not revealing yet.
