Rock event on the Idalp - Stereophonics-Mania in Ischgl
At the Top of the Mountain Easter Concert in Ischgl, 20,000 guests rocked to the sound of the Stereophonics on the legendary open-air stage at an altitude of over 2,300 metres
Top snow conditions and a band that knows how to get the atmosphere boiling: all ski and party enthusiasts were treated to an unrivalled open-air concert in the middle of the Ischgl ski area on Easter Sunday. A rocking Easter feeling was the order of the day when the Stereophonics presented their latest album "Pull the Pin" to an audience of 20,000 in the incomparable mountain setting on the Idalp on the afternoon of 23 March. With hits such as "It means nothing" and "Dakota", the Stereophonics created an exuberant atmosphere and guaranteed catchy tunes. The legendary stage on the Idalp has not been considered "the place to be" in the rock and pop industry for more than 10 years for nothing. For all music-crazy ski and snowboard freaks, this is true anyway. Because Ischgl stands for an unrivalled party atmosphere like no other ski resort in the Alps.
Good news for ski and snowboard enthusiasts too: the Silvretta Arena, the cross-border ski area between Ischgl and Samnaun, is still open until 4 May. The snow conditions are ideal and the pistes in the 235 km ski area are in top condition.
