Imagine: your alarm goes off, you open your eyes and the first thing you see is the snow-covered hillsides directly in front of the window of your accommodation. Can you feel that tingly feeling in your tummy that precedes an exciting day on the slopes of the Silvretta Arena? That’s great! There’s nothing stopping you from a little scouting exploration of the 240 kilometres of slopes at the resort. No matter where you choose to stay – at a hotel, a guesthouse or a holiday flat: the slopes can be reached on foot or by ski shuttle.
But what would a perfect ski day be without a few “pit stops”? Probably only half as nice – or actually: half as fun! Because for lovers of après-ski, Ischgl leaves nothing to be desired. At this Tyrolean ski town, it’s pretty much a tradition to celebrate after a successful ski day. It’s no surprise then that Ischgl is one of the most popular winter sports regions in terms of après-ski and nightlife.
Where does the après-ski party begin in Ischgl? Well, of course, where the Tyrolean heart beats: up on the mountain! Located at more than 2,000 metres above sea level, the many huts are the perfect place for a “pit stop”. From noon onwards, live music and DJs, cold drinks, a fun atmosphere and delicious food make for an unforgettable break from skiing. But if you would like to have it a little quieter during the day, there are also plenty of cosy and rustic huts away from the rip-roaring après-ski huts of the resort.
Partying surrounded by the most beautiful mountain scenery that Tyrol in Austria has to offer. Enjoying the time in Ischgl together with your friends. Dancing the night away to après-ski tunes. Collecting holiday memories that you’ll be able to tell your grandkids about. All that is easy in Ischgl!
