Provision of the necessary mise en place
Servicing our international guests
Managing your own station
Beverage and food service, especially wine service
proper execution of booking processes and invoicing formalities

They have completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry.
They have already gained experience in a comparable position.
They are proficient in English (another foreign language is an advantage)
They possess good wine knowledge
